Late payments may result in delayed work, paused services, suspended support, or termination of services.

Reasonable revisions may be included where specifically stated. Requests that materially change the scope, complexity, deliverables, platform, integrations, or timeline may require additional fees and a revised timeline.
8. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
Services may involve third-party platforms such as email providers, form tools, CRMs, calendars, phone systems, automation platforms, website hosts, scheduling tools, payment processors, or analytics services. Handled Co. is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, restrictions, policy changes, security incidents, or feature changes outside our control.
9. No Guarantee of Results
Handled Co. aims to improve responsiveness, organization, workflow efficiency, follow-up consistency, and admin processes. However, we do not guarantee revenue increases, lead volume, booked jobs, customer retention, conversion rates, profit, or growth outcomes.
10. Intellectual Property
